Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! we provide FREE international shipping on most products unless otherwise specified. We ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed., we have been fulfilling them directly from our manufacturer overseas. Average shipping time is 2-3 weeks but it can take up to 4 weeks in rare occasions. International orders can take 4-6 weeks.

Do I need to pay customs fees or charges?

We are not responsible for any tariffs or charges that may be imposed by customs in your country. 

How do I order on your website?

Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.).

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Yes! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be cleaned.

How do I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out. The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to develop details, so check back regularly. If it does not generate details after 24 hours, please contact us and we are happy to help you.

In case of delivery failure do you have a guarantee or warranty?

In rare circumstances package delivery failure will occur. The package will be sent back to the original dispatching address after 2-3 times of attempting delivery. We shall notify you by email and ask permission for reshipping in the event of delivery failure. For any delivery failure that occurs and is unable to be recovered, a full refund or free reshipping will be granted.

Do you accept returns? 

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of date of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. If the item purchased is not as described or defective, we will send another item or refund the customer. Please contact us with photos and details of the product and the defect. The customer is responsible for the shipping on returned items.
